A Little Elf "Magic"

One of the most anticipated events of the holiday season is the arrival of our three little elves. Dylan & Megan were in charge of writing Santa a letter and leaving the crackers and water out in hopes the elves would come spend the month of December with us. The kids were so excited when they awoke in the morning to a "mess" of popcorn strewn under the Christmas tree, a new family movie and three little elves waiting silently for them. Our elves get into some mischief over the course of the month, but they are always so much fun to have around.

Advent Night

Grace Avenue UMC kicked off the holiday season with a Family Advent Night of making crafts. The kids had a great time making some special gifts for others and some ornaments for our Christmas tree.

Trimming the Tree

It is always so naustalgic when we begin decorating the Christmas tree. Every ornament seems to have a story and so many memories are shared while decorating.

Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios

We split our day between Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. Grandma & Grandpa went with us to Animal Kingdom in the morning/early afternoon, but skipped out on Hollywood Studios. The day was VERY WET & COLD. However, we braved the elements and enjoyed every minute of our day!

Magic Kingdom

We spent an entire day from opening to close at The Magic Kingdom...the happiest place on Earth. Grandpa came along with us for the day. We were also able to meet up with Megan's best friend (from school) and her family who were in town for the week as well. Megan & Olivia walked around DisneyWorld devising a plan as to where to go and what to do next. It was the cutest thing ever. We all had a wonderful time and were exhausted by the time the day came to an end. As always, so many MAGICAL memories.
