New Years Eve 2008

Out with the old and in with the new! We celebrated New Years Eve with a family party at our house. Mike was a wonderful bartender (Dylan wanted to learn the trade), the kids had fun playing & dancing to the Jonas Brothers, we played some games and rang in the New Year with Dick Clark & Ryan Seacrest. I guess we wore Mike out...as you can see he fell asleep in the middle of the celebration! :)

Ice Skating

I am bummed that the battery in my camera died during our trip to the ice rink. I did get a couple of good pictures of Dylan and Uncle Tim playing around on the ice.

Dallas Stars

We went to the American Airlines Center to watch the Dallas Stars play the San Jose Sharks. We went to a new restaurant before the game (which was really good) and then spent the evening watching some hockey. We had the opportunity to text some messages in - The I love you Mike made it, but our message to Joel for his 1st hockey game didn't. Sorry "Baby" Joel - we tried! We all had a great time!

McDonald Family Christmas

We celebrated our 2nd Christmas with the McDonald side of the family. We were lucky again that everyone was able to make it to Frisco to share the holiday together. Uncle Tim (who is home from Iraq for good), Aunt Crystal, "Baby" Joel, Uncle Jon & Aunt Tenley were all here. Everyone was spoiled rotten and we had a great time watching each other open our presents.
