Another first in our house...Dylan came home this past spring and told us he wanted to go to band camp at University of Texas @ Arlington. We were a little surprised considering it iwas a week long camp away from home and overnight. Something that Dylan is not too fond of...he takes after his Mom! He however really wanted to do it and was super excited about it. Sunday afternoon we took him to UTA, got him set up in his room with one of his best friends Ethan and went with him for his audition. He did a great job! He has a busy schedule all week of sectionals, rehearsals, theory classes and of course some fun non-band events!! He will have a performance Thursday evening! We can't wait to hear him!!
