Megan Michelle!!

Megan was being a goofball one evening and went and found all of her Daddy's "stuff" and decided to put it on. She thought she was pretty "COOL" and had all of us laughing. Oh what the FUTURE holds for us!!

Dylan & Grandpa's Birthday Party!

Well, the end of January always comes with the celebrations of Dylan & Grandpa's Birthdays! It has become a family tradition since we moved to TX to celebrate them together. Can't imagine it any other way. :) Dylan turned 11 on January 23rd and Grandpa celebrated his (I won't announce his age to everyone) on January 24th. We went to dinner at Outback and then back to Grandpa & Grandma's house where Grandma made a delicious homemade Chocolate cake with Chocolate Icing! YUM - it was good! The candles were blown out by both of them and gifts were opened. Dylan was once again spoiled by all. He loved all of his lego's and plans to purchase more with the money he recieved. Thank you everyone!!

Chuck-E-Cheese

Megan woke up one morning and told Mike that she wanted to go to Chuck-E-Cheese. Of course he couldn't tell her no so we all packed up in the van and headed to CEC. Mike and I secretly love the place-we just won't admit it to the kids. Mike still loves to play the games and I could eat there salad bar every day if given the chance. We had an enjoyable afternoon of pizza and fun. Ashley played basketball, Megan rode the rides and Dylan used all of his coins to see how many tickets he could win. He actually hit the JACKPOT. All three of the kids left with some oh so wonderful trinkets! It was a fun family day!

Bowling

Uncle Jon thought it would be fun and different if we all went bowling this year. We all headed out to Strikes for an evening of dinner and bowling. We had a BLAST! Kristen got the 1st strike, but it didn't matter in the end. Everyone else "bowled" right by her! Ashley and her natural ability in sports and her drive to beat the competition took the title of highest score in our family. Amazing! Dylan was so fun to watch because he just goes with the flow and was dancing around as he was rolling the ball. Meg used the stand and was perfectly happy just rolling the ball off of it. Grandma was "Coach" tonight and gave all sorts of tips to help us! Nice choice of activity Jon. We will have to make it an annual event! :)
