Snow Day 2010

Well, when we woke up on Friday, February 12th we woke up to 12.5 inches of snow. We broke the previous record of 7.8 that held for the last 130 years...since they began keeping records! It was absolutely beautiful outside and we all had fun staying at home and playing in the snow. This was a day we will always remember!

2010 Texas Blizzard

WOW!! It began snowing about 4:00 am today and is suppose to continue until at least Midnight! We have broken the record of 130 years for the most snowfall in a single day...we are at 9 inches!! Unbelievable!! School was in session today and Dylan and Megan were so sad because they thought it would be gone by the time school was out. Boy were they wrong! They came home and played. They had huge smiles on their faces, but were very cold by the time they came in. Once Ashley & Mike got home, they joined in on the fun as well. They will all get to head back out there tomorrow as school as already been cancelled. We are all looking forward to the 4 Day Weekend ahead!
